In partnership with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, the Alberta Chambers of Commerce invites you to explore Skills Bridge, a program developed to help businesses upskill and reskill employees.
Skills Bridge, powered by Magnet, was created by the OCC in partnership with the Diversity Institute and funded by the Future Skills Centre to address skills gaps in small—to medium-sized businesses.
On a first come, first serve basis, businesses who register can receive an honorarium for each course completed on the Skills Bridge platform, up to $250* per organization.
At this time, we are wait-listing businesses. Upon being promoted from the waitlist, the Skills Bridge team will contact businesses via e-mail and/or phone to confirm their participation in this opportunity. Businesses will have up to one week to confirm their participation upon being contacted. Upon confirmation of participation, you and up to five employees can access over forty courses at no cost in areas such as leadership, digital skills, equity, diversity and inclusion, e-commerce, and so much more until September 2024!
What can you expect in Skills Bridge?
- Top-notch courses tailored to upskilling your employees in areas such as equity, diversity and inclusion, leadership, digital skills and more.
- Flexible learning—anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
- Easy management and tracking of your employees’ course progress through a custom dashboard.
