Brand story

The three C's of our logo represent the three communities we represent. A large, diverse geographical area with diverse industries of agriculture, industrial development, retail, and energy. The scenic and agricultural beauty of our region is represented by the wheat in our logo, the Sun's rays are depicted to represent the setting of the Western Sun, and our industrial region is depicted with the cog.

Our brand represents innovation, youthfulness and the forward-thinking mentality of our organization. It perfectly represents the growth of our province, individuals and businesses that fuel and inspire our region.

Mission Statement

We promote the economic and social well-being of our community.  The Chamber will act as the front-door of the business community; uniting and representing the GPRC members in order to promote growth and economic contribution in the region.

Vision Statement

To be recognized as the trusted source and business voice for our members in the Tri-Region.

Goal

To be recognized as a top performing Chamber of Commerce in Alberta by 2022.  This goal was met early when the GPRC was awarded the 2021 Large Chamber of the Year by the Alberta Chambers of Commerce.

Promise

We are the trusted source and voice of business.
